Adding to our new services, Ramguru has introduced the lab facility to test and calibrate to ensure the quality of the water meters that are manufactured by customers. Water meters go through a bulk production and assembly in the factories making them prone to slight to large manufacturing defects. Our lab facility is equipped with NABL Accredited reference meters against which the water meters are being calibrated.
It is most important that the water meters are ensured high accuracy before being submitted for final test at the central institute of calibration certificates. Ramguru Services assists the customers to select, test and calibrate their manufactured water meters against the most accurate reference meters, thus ensuring the ease and capability to re align, fix the meters. We also assist in re-testing the meters until the meters are calibrated and corrected to maximum of accuracy of the measured reading.
The outcome of the intermediate test, calibration and quality check ensures that the meters manufactured at the factory in bulk are adhering to the standards. This also helps the customers to enlarge and increase the production with at-most confidence at their production unit. Ramguru suggests periodic check of the water meters with our standardized laboratories to rule out any sort any chances of negligible errors in the production.
